Conky is an advanced, highly configurable system monitor for X.
There are some issues (tested on amd64 here):
- The man page is not useable in the form it is installed. There seem to
control sequences that are not interpreted?
- Started in a window it will show "Frequency (in GHz): '.2f" in the
window, I guess there is a % missing somewhere. Could not test the root
window output because xplanet is running there. Note that this is the
default output, with no config file in $HOME.
- MPD support is compiled in. Why? There should be configure arguments
set so that it is defined what gets pulled into the port.
- No network activity is measured?
Compiled fine on amd64 and seems to work with the exceptions noted
above.
