This patch updates math/netcdf from version 3.5.0 to version 3.6.2. All regression tests pass on amd64, i386 and sparc64. Dependent packages reported by 'make show-required-by' (graphics/gmt, math/kst) build OK on those platforms. Maintainer of graphics/gmt (cathcart@) reports graphics/gmt OK with this update.
