Hello OpenBSD ports team,

I am using caddy-2.11.4 to act as a simple http server and reverse proxy for some services in my home network.

I have both IPv4 and IPv6 support from my ISP and I have enabled IPv6 on on the OpenBSD machine. My issue is that caddy refuses to bind to any IPv6 interface/address. If I try to bind, for example, port 443 with nc it listens on it just fine. I tried binding a static response with `bind [::]` on port 8888, but it still refuses to bind.

Here is an example of my Caddyfile with info redacted:

```
