I've very shortly tested it (updated to the latest commit from https://codeberg.org/rsadowski/opensddm/commit/330649d49301ddf53fe587a5c9e3a7b03141aa8a), started via rcctl start opensddm in a vt. portswise, it lacks a BDEP on kf6-extra-cmake-modules, looks for ECMConfig.cmake during configure. with the default config, it listed only openbox and xfce4 session as possibilities (i also have wayland-sessions/*desktop). i've tried enabling wayland in opensddm.conf but it failed starting (havent looked in details) - is it supposed to work, or notyet ? while the laptop has an fr keymap (etc/kbdtype contains fr) it only listed the us keymap in the choice box (but the keymap to type the password was the right one, fr) - i see this is coming from /etc/opensddm/locale.conf, but i dunno what's the use. anyway, ok to import to improve in-tree.
