Yes and no... I've had the same issue on one of three systems I tested kqemu on. It works on my IBM X41, on Dell Optiplex SX270 but NOT on a Dell Poweredge 2950, either with or without virtualization enabled in the BIOS.
Behavior is as this:Starting qemu with OpenBSD as host and guest. When the guest finished loading the kernel, the guest just hangs for a while... when I then just kill qemu I get spammed with those "unwire" messages on the host system... even crashed it once.
