Perhaps a 'portnotes' file? Where one could find details on
what was done and why, difficulties/particularities/gripes
the porter had when porting the software, and so on.
A companion file to README.OpenBSD, never to be installed,
containing supplementary information that would be
useful/interesting to porters and their ilk.
