I'm working on an update of graphics/camlimages for Anil and found that the ftp site with the source is a bit wonky. If I don't use ftp(1) with the `-E` and `-p` flags, the sever has a fit.
Considering FETCH_CMD might be modified by some (e.g. for mirroring?), is it considered bad form to set it in the Makefile of the port? jcr
