Groff missing tmac.an?

I'm building a new server with -current and found out that in order to 
build qmail I had to install the groff port.  However, the port is 
missing the tmac.an file for building man pages with the nroff -man 
command used by qmail.

I had to scp the file from an older installation and symlink 
/usr/local/share/tmac to /usr/share/tmac before qmail would build.
