The standard way would be:
1. Run mandoc -Werror douf00.1
(Your command with -Wall is even more strict,
and -Tascii -mdoc are restating defaults,
so your command is ok as well.)
AND
2. Look at the formatted page to make sure it is complete
and looks right.
