This is the client for tarsnap.com (online client-side-encrypted backups with a pay-for-what-you-use pricing model).
This is non-free commercial software, but may be distributed in source or binary form as long as no modifications are made (according to http://www.tarsnap.com/legal-why.html#UNMODIFIEDCLIENT, this is to prevent people from optimizing the client at the expense of the server), even on the OpenBSD CD (the author, Colin Percival of FreeBSD fame, specifically agrees that this is fine). I've been using this for a couple of months without issues (on amd64). Joachim
