[NEW] hs-redis

Hi all,

This is a port for http://hackage.haskell.org/package/redis, a 
Haskell driver for the Redis key-value database.

Also included hs-MonadCatchIO-mtl, a (little) library on which 
hs-redis depends... 

Is it ok to import both of them?
