[NEW PORT]devel/p5-parent

Hi,

   Here is a new port of devel/p5-parent. It's required by
www/p5-Plack.

   This module allows you to both load one or more modules,
while setting up inheritance from those modules at the
same time.

   Tested on Loongson OK.
