This updates scons to 2.0.1. Some projects (ie. gpsd) are starting to require newer versions of scons to build. Current maintainer doesn't use this for much any more. Tested on amd64 with gpsd-current, x11/gaia and games/pingus.
-- GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
