PHP 5.3.15 on 5.2-stable

Hi,
I noticed that PHP 5.3.15 didn't hit 5.2-stable branch.
Was this because lack of testing from people?
I ask because there was a CVE-2012-2688 affecting all
versions before 5.3.15 and so affects 5.3.14 in the 5.2 release.
