Hi. I suppose this is a result of adding -C flag to FETCH_CMD.

And it's end up with kid-0.9.6.tar.gz.part in distfiles.
FETCH_CMD="ftp -V -m -k 0" make fetch works fine.
I'm using OpenBSD 5.3-current (GENERIC.MP) #118: Wed May 22 with yesterday's
ports tree.
