video4fuze:

- the standard for python ports is to use MODPY_EGG_VERSION not V
- PERMIT_* needs cleanup
- s/REGRESS/TEST and regen distinfo
- flesh out DESCR a bit

fuzemux:

- PERMIT_* needs cleanup
