Looking at the problems it gave me comparing base of TAP/Harness version 3.23 and p5-TAP-Parser which has TAP/Harness at 0.54. (and basically the same set of modules too)
Looks to me that our base version is far ahead of this port. Is there any reason to keep it? Chris Bennett
