>From a quick skim - moving files between subpackages means you need an @conflict tag (e.g. freeciv-server.desktop going to -main needs @conflict freeciv-client-<2.4.0 in PLIST-main). Check with pkg_add -u that updating from old installed packages works (point PKG_PATH to a dir containing new packages).
