Here is a work in progress update to the latest 2.2 branch FFmpeg
and latest MPlayer.

This combined with the Xine-lib 1.2.5 update allows for Xine based
players and MPlayer to support HEVC / H.265 and VP9. Although at
the moment Xine crashes when playing VP9 content in the SIMD code
specific to SSSE3 within FFmpeg. Not sure what that is about but
ffplay and MPlaye work fine with VP9.

Transcode at the moment won't build against this and there might
be others in the tree but most of the tree should build and work
Ok.

Here is an updated diff fixing an issue with libavutil needing
to have libpthread linked to it as was exposed by stepmania's
autoconf tests which happen to test for a libavutil function
using a link test which exposed the undefined symbols.

Looking for any additional testing and/or feedback.
