It's from makewhatis following the change to the new sqlite-backed
database. The files are created anyway after this message is displayed.
Perhaps this warning could be squelched, but it would need to be done
in such a way that it doesn't hide the error you get from having an
old-style mandoc.db file from last time it was enabled (before it used
sqlite)..
