Oops, I haven't check for reverse-dependencies. Thanks for note that. But math/p5-Math-Pari is not fixable (even a more recent version, the last one is Math-Pari-2.010808). >From README: "2.01080* still fully supports only 2.1.7, but mostly works with 2.3.* too". math/pari 2.1.7 was released Sep 20 2005, and 2.3.* last released Feb 05 2010. Which path follow ? - math/p5-Math-Pari seems maintained (last update 01-Jun-2014) - math/pari 2.1.6 is upgradable to 2.1.7 (will full compatibility with math/p5-Math-Pari) I first go to upgrade the port instead of search for debug the outdated version, as it is not usable on my machine (amd64). $ gp Illegal instruction (core dumped) Does someone have same problem ? It should be possible to have math/pari and math/pari27. I would take a look why it crash. -- Sébastien Marie
