This updates the mysql2 gem to the latest version. No changelog for this project, but the commit list can be found here: https://github.com/brianmario/mysql2/compare/0.3.16...0.3.17
Tested on i386, compiles on amd64. Will probably commit in a couple days unless I hear objections.
