Hi ! I just finish a full compilation cycle of rustc under openbsd ! We have a fonctionnal rustc !
The previous Thread problem was due to following dragonfly for stack managment, whereas dragonfly have segmented-stacks, and openbsd not. And after that, just some linking problem (rustc search LLVM in /usr/local instead of the one it has compiled...) The github have been updated: https://github.com/semarie/rust/ I use two additionnals patchs: - mk/main.mk: for adding --sysroot $$(HROOT$(1)_H_$(3)) to rustc - etc/mklldeps.py: for linking with estdc+++ instead of stdc++ But severals tasks remains: - some cleanup - run the unit tests of rustc - propose a pull request to rust dev Thanks. -- Sébastien Marie
