cfs may have been a fine piece of software years ago, it's looking pretty bad right now. DES crypto over NFSv2 on localhost, really? Also not 64 bits safe and full of scary warnings at compile time. I think that softraid CRYPTO, vnconfig(8) and security/encfs shoud be enough.
