Attached is an update to x11/tint port that packages and runs on amd64.
I renamed the port tint -> tint2 as the binary and man page invocation and the *.rpm, *.deb and netbsd packages utilize this naming convention. The updated code adds launcher functionality. The battery applet continues to work and by utilizing tray-app and xdotools, the functionality of lxpanel/fbpanel can mostly be reproduced. On the subject of panels, I would propose that fbpanel be removed from ports. The battery applet never worked and the fbpanel code appears abandoned with no updates since 2011.
