Test ok on amd64. Makefile needs a SHARED_ONLY = Yes else creates a no-arch package, when this is using compiled code. This will mean the PLIST PFRAG.shared are wrong and need creating again as single PLIST file. Other comment is CPAN_AUTHOR, is not needed in this case. Only sometimes does the download fail without the author and needs to be included.
