I use RoundCube as the web interface to the Dovecot IMAP server. OpenSMTPD delivers the mails using LMTP to Dovecot and the Pigeonhole plugin provides filtering of incomming mails using Sieve. There is a plugin for RoundCube which allows me to manage the Sieve filters from the web interface.
