There was legitimate objections several years ago because the project hadn't reached a good enough point to be worth importing.
I think that LedgerSMB has come far enough to be ported now. It's a very active project and now has lots of testing and stable enough releases to be worth porting. I need help to accomplish this. Too much stuff to port in and I think trying to do this alone just won't cut it. Plus there is a lot of PostgreSQL I won't follow clearly enough. Thanks, Chris Bennett
