The latest release is a beta from 2012, it doesn't seem used by anything in ports, I think it's dead. I'd prefer to remove it. PHP 5.6 (and 7.0) will be going away after 6.4 anyway. Hopefully if I get enough help with other things (https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-ports&m=153807999931240&w=2) I'll be able get 7.1/7.2 in shape in time before lock ...
