Until now this docs where packaged with the devel/ipython package. For reasons regarding circular dependencies now we must build devel/ipykernel(depends on devel/ipython) before building the docs, that is why ipython 5.8.0 (recently committed) does not have docs included. This package solves the missing piece, this package has no consumers.
