According to osdep/atomic.h https://pbot.rmdir.de/s3_6cATooMdQX0T37z_sew there is a fallback on pthread mutexes if neither __atomic* and __sync* builtins are available. For example, sparc64 uses __sync*. Accordingly, I'll just remove the ONLY_FOR_ARCHS and BROKEN lines.
