As rsadowski@ spotted it: 

- https HOMEPAGE is available
- Bring back C++14 mention. While anyway ${COMPILER_LIBCXX} in WANTLIB
  should use ports-gcc as COMPILER on base-gcc archs, if it still makes
  sense for most of us, i won't remove it in future fixes. 
  Opinions welcome :)
