btw, it's not just dpb, set PORTS_PRIVSEP=Yes (and fix-up permissions on work dirs etc, "make fix-permissions" will set this up automatically) and it will run builds as the _pbuild user, in the default pf.conf this user is blocked from network access, so it's fairly easy to check. Normally I run with that, but here I had commented-out the PF rules when running some regress tests that needed network access for some other port, and forgotten to put them back in place..
