package) I think it makes sense to do a combined trivial update and
package rename. I was able to successfully update from ebc-2.6.0 =>
bc-gh-2.6.1 with this patch.

"+@pkgpath math/ebc" in PLIST only makes sense if you move this port to
ports/math/bc-gh (I would support this move).
That can certainly be done if that's the consensus.
