Help find song, "Dear Okie"

You know, "Dear Okie-if you see Arkie, tell him Tex 
has got a job for him out in Californy," etc.  I think it
was by Hank Thompson, but All Music Guide doesn't
list it by him.

Anybody know what album it's on?
