Attention New York area P2 types and others who wanna know about
this...The Mercury Lounge is celebrating their 5th anniversary with a
Boittle Rockets show this Thursday night, and some of us are planning to
attend...They were not selling advance tickets on this, so it's probably
just a matter of coordinating showing up!
A couple of us have also obtained tickets for the Dave Alvin/Robbie Fulks
show at the Bowery Ballroom on Saturday Feb 27....those tickets appear to
be going fast, so get movin"....
And since they've been advertising it, you'd have to assume that the Steve
Earle & McCoury band show at Town Hall in March is selling fast...just a
reminder, since--unless something unexpected happens, I'm booked to be at
SXSW in Austin that Saturday night...
