Sugar Town?

Today at the local gas station I heard a tune called 
"Sugar Town" on the piped-in music which I know I 
haven't heard in 30 years easy. WBAL In Baltimore played
a lot of such things in the 60's...

Something tells me this is one of those weird Lee Hazlewood 
compositions. Is this correct?
