Although I haven't gotten it yet, I asked about it a few days back and
Barry posted a very interesting response, outlining Guralnick's argument
and commenting on his response to it...  I'm kind of cheap and am waiting
for the paperback edition <g>.  But in the meantime I want to get the
Everly's bio Barry mentioned....
