Hey all,

Are they any videographer types out there? I need some advice. I'm gonna be
following a friend's band around on the road with a video camera for about a
week and don't know the best plan of attack as far as equipment to use. I am
going to be doing this on my own, so here's my four requirements:

1) able to capture both indoor and outdoor lighting situations without
artificial lighting.
2) able to get decent sound from interviews, chit-chats and live gigs.
3) light enough to tote around by myself.
4) inexpensive enough to make the project fly.

I know that quality is going to be choppy at best, and that's okay. Gritty
home movie style is fine. But decent sound, I am told, is crucial. If you
don't get it from the get-go, there's nothing you can do about it in post-
production.

Any thoughts are appreciated. And please, feel free to forward this e-m to
anyone who might be able to offer some info.

OFFLIST please.
