Hi Americana Fans: Time for the weekly Tuesday Night Americana Showcase update - you know the deal - every Tuesday night at Charlotte's Double Door Inn, music at 9:00 PM and low cover charge! A full night of music and you can be home in time to get up early for work! This Tuesday, April 13th - is a special show - not only do we have Charlotte legend Lenny Federal & his band on the bill along with the return of Rank Outsiders (Charlotte's favorite roots rockers are back after a short Tuesday night sabatical) ... but this week's featured guest is the daddy of Tele-Twang - Bill Kirchen and his band Too Much Fun. Bill was playing "Americana" before the radio world had given the genre a name and it's great to have the guitar responsible for "Hot Rod Lincoln" and a host of truck-drivin' classics grace the Tuesday Night Showcase stage again.
