It think "You Never Even Called Me By My Name" is one that
is pretty well know although it was written by Steve Goodman.

Some of the songs Coe wrote-
"Take this Job and Shove it" and
"Would you lay with me (in a field of stone)"

Those I think are some of  the most prominent.
