Postfix legacy release 3.0.4 is available.

There is one fix, back-ported from Postfix 3.1:

  * The Postfix SMTP client would throttle (i.e. reduce concurrency
for) a destination after opportunistic TLS failure, causing the
affected messages to accumulate in the deferred queue. This
problem was introduced with Postfix 3.0.
