In light of the recent addition of the known_tcp_ports setting, it now
makes sense to change the commented example for "smtps" to "submissions"
in master.cf. The actual service name "smtps" is long ago deprecated
and with the new setting we can rely on "submissions" to work on all
systems now with 3.6.0 and up.
