Kebetulan baru inget, saya pernah ngalami kasus seperti ini. Untuk
maildir quota dengan postfix 2.4 dan vda 2.4.x, perintah
virtual_mailbox_extended berubah menjadi virtual_maildir_extended.
Silakan dicoba kembali deh
