sudah di buat ip alias 65.xx.yy.53?
smtp_bind_address tidak bisa mem bind ke non existing interface
pastikan inet_interfaces = all atau setidaknya me list ip 65.xx.yy.53
setelah itu jangan lupa postfix nya di restart
