Get whitelisted at Hotmail if you are a bulk-mailer sending Hotmail
users lots of mail:

    http://postmaster.live.com/Services.aspx

This has nothing to do with Postfix. Another option is to hire
(legitimate) professionals to do the mailings. Constant Contact are
reputedly reasonable, there are others (plug opportunity for Vivek),
choose with care.
