I had to ask my ISP 4 or 5 times.
They kept insisting that they did not block port 25, I kept telling
them "you do".

I enabled port 25.
$ sudo ufw allow 25
/var/log/mail.log still shows connection timeout. Maybe ports 465 and
587 as well?
