With 2.6, "postfix check" will still succeed even if they are not present,
but will be installed into the default instance config directory when
installing from source.
In my case the source install is used to deploy Postfix into AFS, and the
files in question are not ultimately copied into /etc/postfix, rather
/etc/postfix for each host is managed via separate config management
tooling. So I don't have these sample files in /etc/postfix, they live
in the AFS install area, whose "config_directory" is all samples, and
is not actually used live by any running Postfix instance.
