You might want to try to relay all emails to your ISP mail server,
by using the relayhost = [hostname_or_ip_for_the_isp_mail_server]
If your ISP require authentication, you need to enable the smtp SASL
auth for that host:
smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtp_sasl_password_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/client_sasl
where the client_sasl have:
hostname_or_ip_for_the_isp_mail_server username:password
(dont forget to postmap the /etc/postfix/client_sasl)
