I tried as you suggested
smtp inet n - - - - smtpd
-o content_filter=spamassassin
-o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
I am now getting an error in my email log
postfix/qmgr[7975]: warning: connect to transport private/spamassassin:
Connection refused
Is there something else I needed to do ?
